Welcome to Zena Fashion. By accessing or purchasing from our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
All designs, photography, text, and logos rendered on this storefront are the exclusive intellectual property of Zena Fashion. Copying or replicating these materials for commercial use is strictly prohibited.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Zena Fashion, we craft premium garments designed to last. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
- Returns: We accept return requests for unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags intact within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item in our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (or bank account for COD) within 5-7 business days.
- Cancellations: You can cancel any order free of charge directly from your customer profile page before it has been marked as Shipped. Once shipped, the package cannot be cancelled in transit.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We provide free standard shipping on all orders across India. Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours and delivered within 3-5 business days. Tracking details are updated dynamically on your user dashboard.
